Design and development of workforce housing in the Florida Keys following Hurricane Irma. Initial Keys Cottages built with a local Keys non-profit.

Awarded a unit in the Tiny House competition, a pilot program sponsored by Monroe County. To be built in 2019.
A Cypress Community Development Corp project.
